House Wash of an Older Painted Home in North charleston South Carolina

The home owner needed an older rental property washed, but had concerns about loose paint. Zilla Home services came out and evaluated the paint condition. We determined that we could wash the house using our low pressure 12volt softwash system without damaging the paint. We were given the green light, and we proceeded. We applied cleaning solution with our softwash system, then rinsed the home with garden hose pressure only. The result was a very clean home with zero damage to the paint. we cleaned all concrete surfaces using our surface cleaner, and pressure. This madethe concrete look significantly better. We even washed the vinyl mailbox. The home owner was unable to be there, so we sent them before and after photos of the job. Another satisfied customer!
