I received a call from a homeowner in North Charleston, SC. They were interested in using Zilla Home Services for house washing. I provided a quote for house washing and cleaning of all concrete surfaces. The homeownwer accepted our bid and we added them to the schedule. When me arrived at the home we checked in with the homeowner and started our 28 point pre-work inspection, to verify all windows are closed, tape up electrical outlets etc. The siding was covered with algae and organic growth due to tree coverage and shadey conditions. Once our inspection was complete we thoroughly watered all plants to protect them from overspray. We then started the house wash. The house cleaned up very well on the initial wash. We retreated a few spots that had extremely heavy buildup. We proceeded to thoroughly rinse the house utilizing low pressure to prevent any property damage. We did a post wash plant rinse while rinsing the house. We asked the homeowners if they would like to do a walk around to inspect our work. They were absolutely thrilled with the results. They even said "I can't believe this is the same house"! I am confident that they will be a repeat customers.
